I purchased some rims for a truck through crest financial, i was told that i had to take the insurance and keep it until thr rims was paid. I kept or i thought i had the insurance until the rims got damaged AND i called in to see if they werr going to fix or replace the rim and the lady (foreig n) wad rude and angry the last thibg she said was you're gonna pay one way or another. So here it is a year or so later im being sued for somethibg that shouldve been resolved through the insurance that i supposedly had through Crest.

Lost payment

I mailed my payoff to Crest on 9/29 to the address on my lease agreement. As of today they still claim to not have my payment and supposedly they changed locations. I was not made aware of a new address or anything and now they say that my account is delinquent..one that should be paid off but they haven't received the payment. I will never purchase anything else from them!

Stress From The Beginning Of My Delivery!!!

I have been on the phone and sent e-mails to Crest Furniture today when my custom made couch was delivered : Oct 11th 2018. The couch arrived damaged with two chipped legs which the delivery men stated that no big deal just a replacement. I waited over two months for this custom made couch while Crest charged my credit card over two thousand dollars which I knew of and ordered despite the high price. Awful and my experience will not have closure probably until I will have to dispute the charges. No replies to e-mails I have sent to Crest Furniture and Flex Steel which they use for ordering custom made products. Flex Steel is Awful their customer service is terrible, rude and sarcastic. All I have from my e-mails an never replied to, lies of sending e-mails or just in general dealing with Crest Furniture just today upon delivery! I hate the experience I have had all day dealing with phone calls and e-mails. The stress and disappointment I have only creates the huge feeling I never should have chosen Crest Furniture You will too if you purchase form that store STAY AWAY from Crest Furniture take your business elsewhere! Debbie

i had a car accident I've been out of work with no income I'm struggling right now I had 1000.00 dollars stolen from my checking account since then police have been contacted and the account has been close bank is setting up a new one .but I'm trying to see my way clear i just need some time i have all intentions on paying for my purchase I am not trying to shake off my responsibilities

My niece is in college & working 2 jobs so she wanted to finance an i phone through metro pcs my credit score @ the time was 695 so i got approved for a $1000 credit limit so i asked her if she was sure we went through with the paper work my niece put a down payment of $150 so later on that day my ex asked if she could do the same thing i said sure with my credit score they approved a $450 dollar limit so now they both had phones & both on my bank account which they were taking 4xs as much out of my account as well as my mom bc my lil brother did the same thing we went to metro pcsto figure out what in the *** was going on bc i started getting phone calls for my nieces i phone saying no payments when i know they were getting the money bc they were taking so much out of my account so metro pcs informed us that they were the supplier & service provider not the financer we had to call crest financial so i called & was informed that it was no possible way that i could have 2 phones on my account bc they dont do that type of thing but needless to say my niece phone ened up getting stolen out of her locker called & reported it stolen & bc it was an i phone & she had all of her tracking stuff on i thought they could help us get the phone back so that we could just send it back at a discounted price both metro pcs & crest financial told us to shove it & that we still owed the full $1000 even tho my niece made a down payment of $150 & 3 more of $150 i just want to settle this bc i had to close my bank account for over drafts fees & bc this is on my credit i cant get a loan or anything else dont do business with them its dirty & they over charge for everything & they sell just about anything

Good experience

I have been a customer since 2011 And have had a good experience with crest financial I ALWAY knew what my responsibility was for the loan And I’ve had 7 different accounts some I paid within the 90 days same as cash others full pay out and a few early pay off If I couldn’t make a payment they helped me with that as well I’m about to do an early pay off today cause my daughter wants a new bedroom set The only thing is I wish they financed cars They are up front with you about the whole loan process Customer service reps are polite and helpful They remind you when a payment is coming up
