COMPANY I GOT MY SON REFRIGERATOR FROM NEVER EXPLAINED THIS SO CALL HIGH *** FINANCE CHARGES IF NOT PAID WITHIN THE 90 DAYS, AND NEITHER DID THIS COMPANY. I BELIEVE THAT ONCE YOU SIGN UP YOU SHOULD SPEAK DIRECTLY WITH A REPRESENTATIVE OF THIS CREST AND BE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING BEFORE AGREEING TO PURCHASE THIS MERCHANDISE SO THAT YOU ARE NOT GETTING IN OVER YOUR HEAD WHEN YOU ARE ALREADY STRUGGLING.

WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO DO THIS 90 DAY PURCHASE THING.

SOCIAL MEDIA IS A MONSTER AND WORD OF MOUTH TRAVELS VERY FAR AND FAST. SO I WILL BE SPREADING THE WORD.

Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.

I agree. I recently used then and am being ripped off and I feel as they scam people and are not up front with their fees.

We apologize that our retailer didn't properly explain our contract to you. We try to make sure that employees at our retailers understand the terms of the lease, but as a third party financier, we cannot guarantee that they understand the lease terms or that they properly explain them.

The best way to make sure you understand your lease terms is to read the lease agreement. Our retailers would also be happy to give customers a phone number where they can reach customer service with any questions.

We encourage all of our customers to read their lease agreement before they sign it. In bold print, just above where you signed, there is a notice that says, "Do not sign this lease before you read it entirely, even if otherwise advised...By signing this lease, you agree that (a) you read all five pages of it, [and] (b) you understand it.

Item 2 (which is in larger print than the rest of the contract) explains all of the fees associated with the lease.

The contracts vary slightly based on your payment schedule and retailer, but it will explain how many payments you agree to make and the amount of each payment, "for a Total Cost of $XXXX.XX." At the end of Item 2 it says, "The Total Cost is $XXX.XX more than the Cash Price." These numbers are also listed right above where you sign your name on the last page.

We do send out a welcome call after the lease is signed explaining the 90 day buy-out option (which offers significantly discounted fees) and gives you a phone number to call with any questions. We also offer an online portal customers can see their total balance, make payments and ask questions.

If you have any other questions or would like another copy of your lease agreement, please contact customer support at 855-552-7378.
