I currently have an arranged payment plan that is automatically taken from my bank account. However, due to a Crest system error the payments were cancelled.
They called several times and I gave them permission to restart and deduct the past due payment amount. However, they still didn't do so and charged me a fee. If the error was on me, then I wouldn't have a problem paying the extra fee. The error was on their part.
This has happened to me twice. Shady practices!
They call frequently but still fail to deduct the payment out of my account.
They requested my debit card information but they already have my bank account info so what is the problem? I see it as another way to get fees.
