Crest says that I have gotten behind and I made payment arrangements with them. They are not sticking to the agreement.

They run my card whenever they feel like and don't care that they have overdrawn my account. I'm furious

Item 10 of the lease agreement gives the right to automatically draft payments from accounts that are past due in an attempt to get the account caught up on their payments. We do this by drafting random payments.
